the colour ink was dry, problem may have been my printer, but the colour ink that was in it worked, so I think it was the new one with the issue, I really should have returned it..

Whilst searching for competitively priced Canon ink cartridges, I came across Ink Robot. I hadn't heard of them before but checked them out. They stocked what I wanted and at a decent cost, due to the fact the 'cartridge' may be out of date but they guarantee the product to work effectively. Unfortunately the ink should of been black out of the cartridge instead it is more of a grey and hard to read on white paper .
