If it's out of date, will it work?

In a nutshell, yes it will work. The failure rate might go up slightly as the cartridge gets older, but the vast majority of inks and toners we sell work perfectly, and we have been selling them for years.

How about the remanufactured cartridges?

Poor customer service

I got my ink set in the post and they look like genuine brother inks but my printer wont register/see them and kept telling me the inks were still empty. I contact Ink Robot via email to ask for some advice but i have had no reply, I started to think it was a problem with my printer so I then went out a bought another set from a local shop which worked straight away with no issues at all so i wasted £23.90 on inks from here and I have had no reply back about sorting the issue out. I wont say that they have supplied non genuine inks because i could have just been unlucky and the cartridges were bad, these things happen but there is no reason to not reply to an email about an issue when you have taken money from a customer, there is no reason at all for that hence sadly the bad review. Not sure if i would use them again or not as yet maybe they sort something out and regain my trust, only time will tell.

I have since had an email from Steve and a replacement set of inks was sent out on a next day service, This new set of inks work just fine. With great customer service and willing to sort out issues i won't think twice about buying from Ink Robot again and will be in contact soon for a toner for my brother laser printer
