If it's out of date, will it work?

In a nutshell, yes it will work. The failure rate might go up slightly as the cartridge gets older, but the vast majority of inks and toners we sell work perfectly, and we have been selling them for years.

Ink dried up

I change my ink cartridge and the one was worse than the old one. I ended up putting the old one back in. I contacted ink robot twice, but no reply. They have since replied to my review and refunded me.

Colour cartridge

Colour cartridge was lighter that the true colour. Black ink cartridge was fine.
