Does it matter?

The warranty is for the ink cartridge. We fully guarantee the ink cartridges ourselves.

If it's out of date, will it work?

In a nutshell, yes it will work. The failure rate might go up slightly as the cartridge gets older, but the vast majority of inks and toners we sell work perfectly, and we have been selling them for years.

How about the remanufactured cartridges?

We only source the highest quality remanufactured ink and toner cartridges. These have gone through a 4 step process to ensure they are of the highest quality unlike some which are cheap imports. With our remanufactured ink cartridges you can save money whilst keeping your print quality high.

Brand New - These ink cartridges will have at least 3 months of the HP Warranty left.

Sealed Box - HP Warranty Expired cartridges may have manufacturer warranty dates as early as February 2021, however we offer a full warranty on all cartridges we sell. All Brand new cartridges will be sealed in original boxes and multipacks inks might come in separate ink cartridge boxes.

No Box - Sealed in HP Packaging - HP Warranty Expired - these inks will be expired with an expiration date before the HP firmware update (January 2021), therefore they will not work with certain printers* (see listed below), the original box may also be missing. We have sold many ink cartridges where the warranty has expired and most of them work well. In fact some ink cartridges like Canon ink cartridges do not have a warranty expiry date on them. We offer a great saving on these inks and at the same time aim to reduce these fully functional ink cartridges ending up in landfill.

Good coms and delivery but old product

I know Ink Robot sell old stock and out of warranty stock at a reduce price but I paid full price for new stock and although what I got was within warranty by at least a year, the packaging looked old and warn like it had been sitting somewhere damp and been bashed around for a while. I’m sure the ink will be fine and it’s just the packaging but I wont by from them again because of this.
