A qualified plus for a recommendation

Never used this supplier before but the cartridge's were nearly half the price I would have paid my previous supplier - catridgesave.

Leaky cartridge replaced and refunded!

I used the HP337 black ink original cartridge you sent me for about a week printing around a dozen pages in total. Then it stopped working. On removal from the printer I discovered the cartridge had leaked its ink into the base of the cartridge slot. I have asked Ink Robot to replace the faulty cartridge with a new one. UPDATE: Ink Robot’s response to my first review has been excellent. Not only have they replaced the faulty cartridge, they have also refunded my original payment. So, full marks and 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
